Nature of the project and intellectual property

By using the site or, later, registration and the game, you acknowledge that New Xenesis is a community private server. TERA and related marks belong to their owners. No licence is granted in those rights beyond what is needed to play on this server.

Software licence

Software provided by the project is licensed, in this draft, only for personal non-commercial use to connect to New Xenesis. Account selling, cheats, and use of the client or launcher outside that purpose are forbidden.

Payments and refunds

Contributions described on the site are not active in this draft and do not create a paid-services contract. Any future charging and refund policy will be published expressly. Until then there is no enforceable paid consideration and no withdrawal right tied to a payment.

Account ownership and suspension

You do not own the character, virtual items, or the account as against the operator. You must follow the code of conduct. The operator may warn, suspend, or ban accounts that use exploits, harassment, illicit trade, or that endanger other players or infrastructure.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update these terms, reset progression during tests, or close the server. Continued use after reasonable notice means acceptance of the current version, unless law requires otherwise.

Controller details

The publisher of these terms will be the same operator named in the legal notice. Until those details are complete, this text must not be treated as a binding registration contract.

Governing law

Applicable law and venue will be set in the lawyer-reviewed version before registration and payments open.
